Community meetings will be held monthly. Directors' meetings will be held in alternate fortnights.

Committees and working groups may be formed for special projects or aspects of the community's operation. Resolutions will require a two-thirds majority of those present to be carried.

Officers of the cooperative will include a secretary and a treasurer and a meeting chairman who will be appointed meeting by meeting on a rotational basis. A publicity and public relations person may be appointed. Duties of the cooperative's office-bearers will need to be spelt out.

Managers may be appointed to run commercial operations on behalf of the coop, eg the farm, the conference centre.
